b) Damage / loses during delivery process by appointed freight company exp. POS EKSPRESS for both local & international postage (which doesn't have any insurans policy for goods delivered)

4) Reseller have the rights to deny / transfer sales of products to another customer in the event of:

a) Late payment ( 3 days after arrival of shipment of product pre order & promotional item )

5) Reseller have the rights to Change prices & item / stop promotion without prior notice in the event of:
